- KristieCo.com ships all orders via UPS worldwide.
- $100.00 minimum order required.
- All orders will be shipped UPS Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day.
- If items within your order are in stock, we can ship your merchandise on the day of your order as long as you order before 2 p.m.
- Please note that some items may be out of stock, but we will make every effort to fill your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Jewelry Returns |

- All returns must be made within 7 days upon receipt of goods. Please check the merchandise upon arrival.
- All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number assigned. This number is issued by our customer service staff.
To obtain your RMA, please call (404) 581-0900. We do not accept returns without an RMA.
- If you receive a defective item, simply return it within 7 days upon receipt of merchandise.
- Store credit will be issued, regardless of form of payment.
- All returns must be in original factory condition.
- We do not repair or replace jewelry once it has been sold to the retail customer.
- We are not responsible for merchandise that has been damaged due to wear and tear.
- Only 10% of the total invoice is allowed for return and store credit.
- Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Return Procedure |

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number must be obtained prior to shipping a return. All returns received without a RMA number on the outside of the box will be refused. Follow the steps below to return products:
1. Apply for a RMA Number by calling (404) 581-0900.
2. Package the merchandise in its original packaging.
3. Please remember to write your RMA on the outside of the package. Otherwise, we cannot accept your package.
4. Enclose the original packing slip in the box and wrap the package securely.
